The contact owns a 2012 Chrysler Town and country. While driving at an unknown speed, a fuel odor emitted from the vehicle without warning. Prior to the fuel odor, the air conditioner became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed that the rear evaporator condenser needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 78,000. MA 10/15/2015
