a vehicle with this low of kms should not break down. I do not abuse my vehicle in any way. it gets regular oil changes and maintenance. I need this vehicle as I work every day and now have had to borrow vehicles from my two children just so I can work. I have to get it rebuilt mainly because of cost. was quoted 5500 from dealership I don't have that kind of money. a rebuilt is hell of[a lot cheaper, so went that route. but not happy. if I had put a new transmission in, the warranty would only be two years that's crazy. should be for at least 5 years.

I took van to dealership several times in the past year saying transmission is messed up. All they say is there is nothing wrong. Except now the transmission went out totally and they wouldn't give me a loaner. So, out more money for a problem that could have already been fixed.

According to the mechanic he said that Chrysler uses cheap snap rings. I am never buying Chrysler product again. Can't believe we bailed them out! Buyer beware all the flashy bells and whistles mask cheap parts and work.
