The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the rear driver-??s side and rear passenger-??s side doors were inoperable while depressing the unlock button or attempting to exit the vehicle manually. The contact stated that the children seated in the rear of the vehicle had to go over to the front driver-??s or front passenger-??s side seats to exit the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the independent mechanic made the contact aware of TSB Number: D21-15; and informed the contact that the vehicle was under warranty. The contact was informed that the door lock actuators on the rear driver-??s side and passenger-??s side doors were faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not included in the TSB. The failure mileage was approximately 115,000.
