Vehicle was repaired under recall#00V421002 concerning lower ball joint boot. A problem was found with the lower ball joint after the repairs were done, and the ball joints have to be replaced again.
Was driving slowly due to ice. Felt something jerk in vehicle. Went into a ditch. Was towed to mechanic & then a dealership. Was informed that upper control arm had broken. It was only a few inches from lower control arm. It had separated from suspension frame. Also, rack & pinion steering was cracked, and sunroof will not close or open on tracks.
