We purchased this car in 2009 and after two years it started to have problems with the brakes and rotors. Today July 18, 2016 we are on the 3rd set of rotors that we have to change. New rotor lasts for 1 year and after that it can be turned and resurfaced only to last for about 5-6 month. This is ridiculous and the company does not care about it. every time we have the car in the shop it costs us $800- $1200. Never again a Chrysler. They don't back their product.

This is an example of poor quality factory parts. The rear brake pads need replaced.

I was having issues braking - shaking in the steering wheel, delayed braking. I only had about 28k on it at the time - took off pads and rotors - completely uneven. I do not rag this car. We changed rotors and pads - a week later they are squealing and still shaking. We take them back off - uneven again. (The second time was because of the store we bought them recalled them) however - now I have issues when I brake and turn, I can hear a grind. The dealership says, well we don't know, it's hard to pinpoint. I asked if they even looked at the brakes because they had my car there for another reason - they said no. Not the biggest issue but definitely a pain to redo brakes twice within a month.
