warped back tires after one yr bought car

there seems to be a rear end problem with this car. I will never ever buy a dodge again. This has happen twice in 2 years with this band new car.

Tire dealership said this should not of happen to this tire. IT IS NOT THE TIRES.

i do have pictures that were taken from the tire place, they brought me back to the back to see them. I have them on my phone, i did not down load them.. but they look like valley and hills around the inside of the tire. both times. dodge will not do a thing about it or the dealership. I will never go to either again.
