Consumer stated: Had to replace the clock spring. Contacts inside were bad, it malfunctioned, the air bag light was on, horn and the cruise control didn't work.

The horn knobs are just to small and difficulte to locate when your driving. You don't have time to be searching for the horn when your driving.
