Cannot adjust the brightness of the instrument panel because the poorly designed, cheap plastic, rotating pinwheel dial broke off from the axis connecting it the the circuitry. Since the wheel was perpendicular to facing head on, it is almost impossible to maneuver the remaining axle pin piece & even if u can achieve this it is subject to moving with vibration, (usually to the dim position). Meaning it is a hazard and should have been a safety recall item.
