The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Challenger. While driving approximately 40 mph, the check electronic throttle warning indicator illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The contact had to maneuver to the side of the road. The vehicle was able to be restarted normally after approximately two minutes. The failure recurred three times the same night. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but they could not duplicate the failure. The contact was advised by the the dealer that there was nothing to be repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was invalid. The approximate failure mileage was 10,700.
On September 30th, I drove home from work which is a 22 mile commute. I arrived at home at approx 8pm and parked my car in the garage. At about 8:40 I heard a loud boom but was unsure where it came from. About 10 or 15 minutes later I heard the fire trucks and a neighbor banging on my door. Black smoke was coming through the locked garage door. The fireman unlocked and opened the door, the engine and structure was on fire. It took about 20 minutes to put it out.

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified. The contact had not experienced a failure.
I was on I-75 in Tennessee. I sideswiped a car and my car went head first into a guardrail. I was doing about 70mph. I hit my head hard on stearing wheel and have suffered a headache and neck pain since
