Driving car when it went into Limp Mode, a feature that can make the car start stuttering and driving roughly but can also result in random acceleration. Dealer diagnosed as camshaft sensor failure, then crankshaft, pedal sensor, throttle body etc, ended up replacing every sensor only to find out it was the engine computer.
Very frustrating because regular mechanics can't fix, only overpriced dealers. No warranty coverage. Bulletins were issued in 2006 for similar problem but nothing for 2007.
