Hello. I have a vehicle, VIN [XXX] that needs to be repaired. It is a limo. I took it to my local dealership and they refused to repair the recalls. I called up over 15 dealerships and they also refused to repair the recall. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that they could not help me since the dealerships are basically privately owned. Now my expensive vehicle cannot be repaired. What can I do? [XXX] INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

Takata recall - this is a police fleet vehicle and has been out of service since November of 2016 based solely on this recall. I have tried dealing with fca fleet management with no success. The local dealer says they have the driver's side airbag but not the pass. Side airbag. This has been an issue as we have been down a vehicle for almost a year at this point with no remedy in sight

Takata recall - I contacted Chrysler in June 2016 concerning the passenger air bag recall. I already waited a long time for the driver air bag to be fixed. I still have not heard back from Chrysler/Dodge. The current recall status says:recall incomplete. Remedy not yet available. This has been going on forever. Do they intend to fix it; or just wait for my 2007 car to die. Bob
