Hello. I have a vehicle, VIN [XXX] that needs to be repaired. It is a limo. I took it to my local dealership and they refused to repair the recalls. I called up over 15 dealerships and they also refused to repair the recall. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that they could not help me since the dealerships are basically privately owned. The software programmed into the powertrain control module cause a momentary lock up of the drive wheels if the vehicle is traveling over 40 mph and the operator shifts from drive to neutral and back to drive. The vehicle was in motion on a city street, highway and when I do turns. Also the driver and front passenger airbag are inflator

When I arrive to Allstar Dodge Jeep in bridegeton they denied my recall cus I wouldnt purchase battery from them so they turn me N my children around N didnt fix the problem
Takata recall - this is a police fleet vehicle and has been out of service since November of 2016 based solely on this recall. I have tried dealing with fca fleet management with no success. The local dealer says they have the driver's side airbag but not the pass. Side airbag. This has been an issue as we have been down a vehicle for almost a year at this point with no remedy in sight

Takata recall - I contacted Chrysler in June 2016 concerning the passenger air bag recall. I already waited a long time for the driver air bag to be fixed. I still have not heard back from Chrysler/Dodge. The current recall status says:recall incomplete. Remedy not yet available. This has been going on forever.
