Front control arms and front tie rod ends had excessive play. This problem cause the inner and outer tred of the front tires to wear down. To fix the problem required the replacement of both front control arms, the front tie rod ends and two front tires. In addition to this I have replaced the front brakes as well. I replaced all these parts my-self and the repair part costs are too much too soon for a 2007. Add this to how much it costs in gas to drive it and Im thinking the car needs traded in.

The domestic car manufactures want you to believe they are bringing their build quality up to the level of the imports. Not true, this car has been babied and only driven on smooth highways. There is no reason for this to happen. The dealer admitted this is a common problem which was confirmed by visiting some Charger forums, but they still do not care to make good on an obvious display of poor quality. Shame on them, and shame on me for not listening to the people telling me to buy an import.
