i almost die from heat , i can't get get moist out

I can't breath from the heat, because we have to blaze the heater to get the frost off the windows on the inside, or my children have to freeze because we have to put the windows down. This is a horrible issue and Dodge should have to pay to fix. I love my charger, but this makes me want to take the bus, come on and do something....
