The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Charger. While driving approximately 30 mph with the heater or air conditioner activated, a tapping noise was heard underneath the passenger side dashboard. Also, the contact perceived a burning odor when the vehicle was turned off. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The dealer was unable to diagnose or remedy the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000....updated 05/03/17
