I had not been notified by the dealer that my car has been recalled. I never received any letter as they said. I found out just by chance on google since my car was acting up way too much. My car is turning off while I am driving on multiple occasions! I have two kids and I was driving at 40 mph. I had to use the E-brake to stop because the power steering didn't work and my power brakes didn't work. At times my car will turn on every light on the speedometer but absolutely nothing is wrong. I asked the manufacturer if they could issue me a rental and they said no. My wife got into an accident a couple of months ago, March, 2015, (we have documents) and good thing it wasn't a severe accident since now we know the air bags will not deploy. Someone hit my wife, it wasn't because of the electrical problems at that time. This car is a casket for my whole family and I suppose they are waiting for a lawsuit first before they do anything. Not only is this car recalled, they don't have the parts yet to fix it! sometimes my car won't even turn on and we get very hot in the car, I keep trying because starts up after a while and my kids and I are stuck in the heat, mind that my kids are 10 months and 2 years old.

I took my car in to an oil change at the Dodge dealer they had informed me that it was a recall and my airbag where I've never got a notice in the mail nor a phone call about the two recalls for airbags and ignition switch which I just got informed about the second recall all where I was putting my family's life in jeopardy where I feel like Dodge dealer should of not let me drive my vehicle especially when I do have kids I felt like they could have handled this much better especially due to recall which I feel like I need to get my attorney involved. I currently have 2 open recalls for air bag and ignition, my problem is there are no parts available to repair the vehicle. One of these recalls is quite old in my opinion. Is there anything that can be done to speed up the manufacturers repairing these problems?
