The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that while traveling approximately 35 mph, the contact crashed in a pole. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained head and shoulder injuries. The front passenger's seat occupant sustained injuries to the arm and leg and the rear seat passenger sustained back injuries. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was neither diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted about the failure. The failure mileage was 186,000.
I was driving in the South Carolina area in a 2008 srt8 Charger that I purchase in 11/2010 with 5 year warrant, at 9:20pm and two deer jump in my view while I was riding 55mh as S C state law. Whereas, I had ran off the road in a while area hitting pole. My airbag never deployed. I had undid my seat belt and exit the vehicle waiting for help to come by....I have taken pics of the vehicle to the condition of it and that the airbags never deployed.
