So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Car is having a fuel leak from the top plastic part that connects the fuel lines to top of the passenger fuel pump. This seems to be a common problem from the research I have done and it is a huge fire hazard. These cheap plastic parts with little protection other than just the seat should not be happening. I am afraid to drive my car as there are multiple stories of people being burned alive due to fuel leaks.
Auxiliary fuel pump module recently started leaking. (behind passenger seat) after closer inspection the top of the fuel pump is leaking...the plastic itself. Not the line or connection. I have seen numerous complaints and there is does not seem to be a recall. This happens whenever my car is running.
