The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that the wireless ignition node would occasionally fail to start the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to garber automall (3360 U.S. 17, green cove springs, fl 32043, (904) 264-2442) and they acknowledged the failure, but there was no recall on the vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 133,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Charger. When the vehicle was powered off, the key failed to release from the ignition switch. In order to release the key, the contact had to jiggle the key numerous times. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that there were no recalls associated with the VIN. The approximate failure mileage was 205,983.

The starter key failed to lock into the ignition in order to remain inserted. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 131,000.
