- HVAC Blower Intermittently Cuts out When Set On High. This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming HVAC Control Module with new software or replacing the HVAC Control Module. Customers may experience the blower cutting out when HVAC blower is set to high on Manual Temperature Control (MTC) vehicles or while using high blower in manual mode on Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC) vehicles.
