Every now and then my car will not go into park on the first try. I have to put it in reverse and try again. sometimes works on first try, sometimes not. One mechanic said there was really no way to tell if it was just a kink in linkage cable or if some module was defective. My only income is SS and I just can't afford to take it to a dealer unless it is a have to case. I do travel on occasion and would hate to get stranded at a gas station somewhere along the interstate. Anyone else had this issue?
