2005 Dodge Grand Caravan customer states that after 60 mph the accelerator pedal starts to stick* the consumer was informed that a new air filter was needed. Also, the cause was that the throttle housing where the butterfly is was dirty and that at high speed the metal heated up and expanded and the carbon around the butterfly would cause it to stick. The consumer was also told that carbon was in the engine and it needed to be cleaned along with the fuel injectors. The consumer was told to expect the problem to happen again.
