My complained is that we got the recall (L25) from Chrysler in June of 2014 but not the second form to get it fixed at a dealer. The van will shut off while traveling luckily my wife was not going to fast. Is Chrysler going to wait till someone is injured or killed before they fix it.
The horn blows, wipers start, doors lock, if the engine is running it will not shut off. You have to open the hood and hit the fuse box to make it stop. We have taken it in to be checked and they tell us their is nothing wrong. Apparently this is a problem with this van and Chrysler will not do anything about it.
Purchased the vehicle Sept. 3, 2013. On countless occasions the key will not come out. You have to cranked the vehicle again, move it up a bit, turn it back off and try again to remove the key. Sometimes the key will not go into the ignition. It's been six months and I can't get any help. Forget the local dealership. No help. It seems to me that someone would want to help. Someone at Dodge headquarters. This is really ridiculous. Rest assured that I would never recommend a Dodge, especially a van, to anyone. Can I get it fixed at the dealership" oh sure I can. For $700. I'm at a loss here. Can you help me"
