The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the passenger side sliding door was unable to be locked either manually or by using the fob. Additionally, the driver's side sliding door seized in the lock position and was unable to be unlocked. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 151,000.
2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Consumer writes in regards to door lock actuator failed on the passenger side sliding door. The consumer stated the door actuator failure, caused the battery to drain and was damaged to the point, where it had to be replaced.
