The contact owns a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the rear passenger-€™s side sliding door would not unlock when the contact attempted to unlock and open the door. The vehicle also made an abnormal sound while the contact attempted to lock or unlock the doors. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 126,447.
