The vehicle would start and on starting the wipers would come on and all warning lights on and dash would come on and the following messaging saying "No Bus". It would eventually clear maybe 3- 5 minutes during this time I had no signal lights which was safety concern. I would either stop or pull over or wait for it to clear. I tried different type of dash reset and cleaning the main connectors under the hood. The "No Bus" state has seemed to have decreased and have not had an incident for he past few months.
