Journey 2.4L

Car cut off on 3 separate occasions while turning onto another road. Had to fight to get it off the road. The car started back on the first two occasions but the last time it would not start. Had to have car towed in and we have tried changing numerous things that were suggested on here and other sites to get the car to start back but we still have not found a solution for it. We are going to try to change the TIPM next and hope this fixes it.

If Dodge knows these cars are having a problem with this they really should recall this part on these cars before someone gets killed and they have a really big lawsuit on their hands.

I have a 2011 Dodge Journey w/ 67,000 miles and without any warning my engine will shut off while im driving. Once I open the car door it will restart. It has now happened to me three more times. Can someone please let me know if this is happening to them?
