The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Journey. While driving 75 mph, steam was seen coming from the hood and the coolant warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer (ken garff West valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, 4175 w 3500 S, West valley city, ut 84120, 801-955-7448) where it was diagnosed that bubbles were found within the cooling system. The vehicle was repaired, but the symptoms recurred. The vehicle was not taken back to the dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 114,000.
