The heat, air, and defog won't come on. The touch screen won't turn them on, and the knobs won't either. Both the front controls and the rear are inoperable. The radio, hazard light, and traction control knobs and buttons work fine, and the rest of the touch screen controls are fine as well. I have checked all the fuses. The problem was solved once by disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, but even that didn't work the second time. Of course, my Journey is out of the warranty period. I would really expect the computer modules to last longer than the breaks and spark plugs!!!

Journey RS V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 10,000 miles

While driving above 40 mph, if you put the windows down the whole vehicle shakes, the faster you are going the worse the shaking. I have taken it back to the dealer 18-20 times to no avail, won't even go for a ride with me. Now it is in the shop for A C problems, 3rd time for same problem, that they caused while changing radiator. It has been in shop (dealership ) for 5 days this time & all they say is we don´t know, but it will need more parts & cost more money. This Journey has only 10,000 miles & has been in the shop for 3 weeks. I was told that this was not an issue as car has A C.

I hit a a piece of wood in the road in front of my house which forced the bottom plastic up, which forced steering cooler to hit the radiator. I removed the radiator & condenser in 35 minutes, the dealership would not sell me the radiator & told me they had to do the work or it would void warranty. They completed the repairs with ah unneeded condenser ,,charged us $2,000. Then A C quit working in 6 hrs, it has been in dealership shop 3 times in past 7 days.
