The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that while at a stop light with the rear defroster activated, she heard a loud popping sound as the rear windshield started cracking. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
