The contact owns a 2017 Dodge Journey equipped with kumho solus KH16 tires, size: P225/65R17. While driving 60 mph, the front passenger tire turned to the right. The vehicle was taken to stew hansen Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep (located at 12103 hickman rd, urbandale, ia 50323, in 46809, (877) 841-4585) where it was diagnosed that the tire belt needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The contact stated that the failure was associated with NHTSA campaign number: 18T004000 (tires). The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 25,823.
