Friends, on Saturday, March 30, 2019 I purchased and financed a vehicle through byers Kia on columbus pike in lewis center, Ohio. The vehicle was a 2017 Dodge Journey GT with approximately 42,000 miles. The salesperson was kyle cain, and his manager as I understand it is bob pollock. Monday morning, April 1, 2019 I contacted kyle cain and told him
Vehicle makes a ticking noise while playing the radio and or driving on the freeway and going over 60 mph. There is also loud banging noise on the driver side passenger seat as if air or something is hitting the vehicle. Tired don't hold pressure and driving at times seems uneven or off track as well.
