Dodge put a uconnect which is a pain in the ass trying to connect Bluetooth most of the time I just give up and turn off the freaking radio. Screw it.

Within a couple weeks after I bought my 2018 Dodge Journey, I noticed I kept having to pair my phone on a regular basis. We took it to the Dodge house and it worked. The second time they paired it with several phones, no problem The third time it would not pair with any phones, they tried several. I was told to call Chrysler, when I did they told me they didn't know what the problem was. I was transferred to another person, he told me the problem was my phone carrier. I can't switch carries. Then I was told possibly my phone. My phone worked great in my Jeep before we bought this car. Since then I changed to a Samsung, same problem. It still needs to be repaired regularly.

Sometimes it works and sometimes not. It is very frustrating!!! I bought a new car, everything in it should work. I now know of 3 other owners of 2018 Dodge Journeys that have the exact problem. All of us have different phone carriers. When I first bought this, I recommended it to my brother & he bought one for his wife. I feel bad for her now. Plus I have seen more owners of this vehicle with the same problem online. I have always been a Dodge fan but am losing faith now. After taking it back in several times and talking to 2 people with Dodge, I really don't feel like anyone is taking my issue seriously. Is you company working on a fix? This would have been a deal breaker had I known of this issue! It will make me think differently when I buy my next car.
