8 brake failures (metal to metal) which could have caused serious injuries. Brake failures at the following mileages; 4714, 8365, 10773, 16695, 21193. 23695, 43024, 48115. Most of the brake failures were due to crystallization of the brake pads. Chrysler replaces pads free of charge 1st 4 brake failures and #7 and #8 failures. Chrysler did not offer lemon law protection even with the possibility of a possible fatal accident with the terrible brake system on this 1995 Neon
