This is tearing my car up and the value of the car. I was told that Dodge does not cover rear struts. I don't understand why with only less that 37,000 miles on the car that it obviously was the dealer or the manufactuer's fault. Why would I tear up a car that I just bought? thank you for listening.
Whenever turning the steering wheel either left or right, it would make a clunking, popping noise. The sway bar went out. Also, was informed the by the mechanic that power steering rack/ coil, and engine head gasket need replacing.
Within the last 8 months A/C compressor went out; the speed control surged, worked intermittently then stopped functioning; the left rear ABS wheel speed sensor failed causing the system to work intermittently; the engine head gasket blew and my rear window blew out and shattered when I closed the door during 00F weather. Presently I have had no response from the manufacturer stating the technicality of "out of warranty" "nothing we can do" deaf ears. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or suggestions on how I can proceed to recover some of my costs for repairing so many items that have failed within a short period of time.
Consumer was driving on highway at approximately 55 mph and the rear end hydroplaned and went into a spin approximately several times, and hit the guardrail. Vehicle was totalled.
