Both front seat belts retractor/lock interchanges buckle assembly broke. This was discovered when trying to buckle up with the seat belts, no incident where this could have occurred. Consumer felt this was defective. Spoke to dealer, who said this was out of warranty, but was told some time ago said safety features were covered. Has not contacted manufacturer at this time.
Rear seat belt will not stay locked. It would be hard to keep child seat locked in properly. Dealer notified. Consumer stated that the rear right side seat belt came apart into pieces allowing strap to not retain baby seat.
Consumer's vehicle was hit the rear by another vehicle which spun consumer's vehicle out of control, hitting a concrete wall. Consumer stated seat belts did not lock, and air bags didnot deploy, resulting in injuries.
