Ventilation system failed to shift from the front vents. Wouldn't go to the defrost or floor. Dodge dealer replaced the ignition for $300.00. About a year or so later it failed again.

when using a/c to cool everything works fine. When using heat or defrost the air only comes out through the a/c vents and sometimes the heat does not work at all. I was told there are several doors inside the dash which directs the air and these typically break.
