Very disappointed that while trying to run a business we have to put up with these huge, expensive, disrupting issues that seem to be on a bit more regular basis. Up grade your sh*t please. Thank You
I have 85000 miles on the truck. Today, as stated by others, the windshield washer was squirting water and the truck died. I pulled to side of road and turned off key, but then the engine began starting and lurching forward. I unhooked the batteries because the fuse box was smoking. At approx. 20000 mi interval I have had two WIRING HARNESSES, a diesel injection harness, a module (and now the second module). The dealer said, at the last module installation, that all problems were solved. At the first module installation the right headlight would not burn and after running the diagnostics they replaced the module. Dodge has a significant problem and is not big enough to solve this problem.
My family has been Dodge owners since 1961 but this will be my last.
