The verizon vehicle had an underhood fire while parked overnight at the employees house. The truck is a total-loss. The fire appears to have originated in the ABS module area. The fire destroyed most of the underhood area, the front of the van body, the dashboard and steering column, the windsheild, and the headliner. Verizon has had similar fires in this model van and feels that this is an unsafe condition that warrants further investigation.

We feel there is an electrical problem the horn is not working again. We spoke to the service manager and asked what if these problems reoccur are we having to pay for repairs, he said yes once the warranty is expired. If we are wrong please tell us, but we have owned a dozen vehicles and none have ever had the horn stop working much less twice in less than 2yrs.
