I bought this 2005 F150 used with a 2-year extended warranty which was useless. I had the vibration from day 1. The dealer wouldn't fix it, Ford motor company wouldn't fix it. The dealer told me that the after market wheels and tires were the problem, then they told me after I bought new stock wheels and tires, that the wheels needed to be forced balanced, which I had done when I bought the new tires. Then the dealer told me the drive shaft might be out of round which they did check, but no problem there. I told them it was the harmonic balancer because the vibration was coming out of the engine in park at 1500 rpm's to 2000 rpm's. THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT. Then 2 years down the road after my warranty was up the dealer saids I think we need to pull your engine at a cost of 250 dollars. I said would that fix the problem. to which they said they did have any idea what the problem was and that maybe it was the Harmonic balancer, which I had told them to check two years prior.

I am totally dismayed with this whole thing and pissed off at FORD Motor Company and MOCK FORD.

I'm pissed off because they made me sell my aftermarket wheels and tires at a great loss AS WELL AS THEM NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM AT MY REQUEST BACK IN 21013. THEY ARE CROOKED LYING sob'S
