The car came to a stop in the middle of the freeway, we almost died. This is a new 2011 FORD ESCAPE HYBRID this was my second time driving it (112 miles). FORD AND KEN GRODY FORD refuse to help me. They said my vehicle does not meet the eligibility requirements under the California Law. I have to have another accident to meet they concerns.I am really mad With FORD. I will never buy other FORD ON MY LIFE.
