Feb 7th 2006 I was in a head on collision with another vehicle that deployed both airbags. My Explorer Sport Trac did not deploy any airbags. I had to have a Fusion of C5 & C6 in my neck due to the crash.

While driving at 60 mph consumer ran head-on into a cow which walked into the road, none of the front air bags deployed. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything, the driver sustained neck and leg injuries.
