It started with just the tire pressure monitor fault, we were told to replace the battery so we did that. The next day It got worse, all of the lights an alarms started to come on for everything...door ajar, tire pressure monitor fault, brake, oil, battery, temp.....Everything!!!! Sometime the entire dash goes blank and the speedometer goes to 0 and the car just dies. Now it just won't even start!!!!! So now we are told we need to replace the Instrument cluster which is $498.97 and then we have to pay to have it installed which is going give us a grand total of just under $1,300.00 including the battery we replaced. I've been reading all of the complaints and it seem that this has been an ongoing problem that has been occurring for years. Why is this not a recall? It's dangerous

I owned the truck for less than 3 months, the truck started to idle rough when first started, then the check engine light came on. the next day the check engine light started blinking, which means convertor damage. Then all the electrical systems started failing, back-up camera, heater controls, radio, sync controls. Total electrical failure. I made an appointment with the dealer, it took them 3 days to diagnose the problem, they told me I needed a new processor, but they could not get it for 3 weeks. Every 2010 F-150 must be having this problem if they can't get any parts. I called Ford, and they were anything but helpful. The programed responce was, " There is nothing we can do." Please stay away from the Ford 2010 F-150 until they can sovle the computor failures.
