I recently had my oil changed, drove about 3K miles afterward, started getting a vibration in the front of my truck at speeds below 45; I pulled over to find 5 of the 6 lug nuts on the front drivers side wheel were finger loose. I jacked up the truck to evenly tighten them; I torqued them quite hard though didn't have a torque wrench. I was blaming where I got my oil changed because they rotated the tires.

I drove another 80 miles got home and checked again, they had loosen; so I then used a 4-way and had the nuts "talkin" they are tight; they loosened a bit again after 250 miles. I should have checked the other wheels because it then happened on a rear wheel shearing/breaking a lug and of the 5 remaining 4 were finger loose. I got it home and tightened them with the 4-way. Let's see how long this lasts. Oh, the lug wrench that comes with the truck doesn't even fit the lug nuts because there is this fake chrome cover on the lug nuts which can't be removed but they do break then the lug wrench with the truck fits the lug nuts.

I bought this truck used and noticed the outside of all tires are worn more than the center of the tire; this truck did come from Canada so I thought they possibly drove most often in 4-wheel and that was the cause. I'm now thinking they had the same issue which is why they got rid of the truck. Who knows.
