info screen on sync is blank ,white, cannot read radio stations or change anything,unable to use any feature.

My Ford Touch locks up at the most inopportune times usually when I need it the most on a trip near the end or a complicated juncture. Have to pull over and shut the truck down wait and restart. Have had it updated a couple of time and they say all is normal well it isn't typical Microsoft.

radio screen goes black

Took in to dealer several times but they claim they never saw this happen. They kept telling me they would do a software update. Now out of warranty still have the same issue.
