Brought the truck in for service at 4000 miles for a vibration coming from the rear of the truck, the dealer only re-balanced the tires and said everything is fine.
I called the dealer the next day and all you get is voicemail which they don't know how to use because they will never call you back. I had to stop by the dealer to put them on the spot, we made another appointment they kept the truck for 2 days and cannot explain what they did. When the oil change light came on they asked if they could have the truck for a couple of hours so they could run a vibration analyzer test, I agreed and when I picked it up they said sorry the vibration is within spec.
I contacted Ford customer service twice explaining my frustration with the vibration and the local ford dealership asking them to allow me to bring the truck to a different dealership, and they said the dealer says its within spec please continue using your current dealership.
