The steering problems started at 65,000 miles, right after I drove it off the used car lot. First thing replaced was the steering box. I installed a redhead HD box. ($650.00) good guy price. That solved the problem till 90,000 miles. Next my break booster started leaking. 110,000 miles. My shop installed 3 rebuilt booster, all leaked. Also, I would loose steering and braking while getting off the freeways. I then ordered the shop to install a new power steering pump. The leaks stopped and most of the steering issues went away. However at 145,000 miles I rebuild the entire front suspension at a cost of $1100. Finally the truck drove like new, for a short time anyway. Then at 155,000 miles the power steering pump is failing again. I'd love to get a 2016 F250 but the prices are too high. gong to install power steering pump. Have to say the 6.4 Diesel & Trans have been trouble free. No issues whatsoever.
