rattle in low gear shifting between 10-20km and uphill

2014 Ford Fiesta SE w/auto /manual transmission 1.4L This problem is only notable between 10-20 Km an hour or when downshifting or up hills in garages/uphills at the noted speed. Sounds like metal chain to metal hitting an aluminum case. Sales person could hear it and suggested it was something loose in front end (I didn't think that ). Took to the only FORD dealer available near me in Catania, Italy. Nothing found after 7 days. Same issue still existed afterwards. Sales person suggested just to drive it and make note because vehicle was under 7yr warranty. Finally read the Lemon law attached to back of sales documentation( 24 months or 27K miles, 3 tries to fix, you may be able to re-coop total price. it varies based on mileage. Read the fine print. I should have read it. Mad at self !!! Vehicle has less then 10k on it now and just under 3 years old. Great car, no other issues except this, but the lack of importance with fixing this has made me not willing to make another Ford purchase in the future. Will be taking to sales again today to see what can be done... Not Happy with the casualness for customers overseas and making the availability to utilize other means of repair so restrictive especially for members serving overseas like me .. Update from Jan 1, 2017: Rattle sound coming from front Right side of transmission most notably at 10-20 km and hour. Also notes this when driving up hills with vehicle down shifting or when slowing down at various speeds. Sound is like aluminum being hit with a chain. Also recently transmission has started to shutter when accelerating from a stop. Shutter is not constant, but rattle issue is always noticeable each time car is driven. Vehicle has just passed the 10k mark.
