i love the ford flex that we purchased but the headrest are extremely annoying and they don't offer much protection as the old style ford head rest. they are not easy to adjust nor do they give you the comfort that a curved head rest would allow . the car rides great sometime the seats are uncomfortable due to lack of seating area because of the console.
