Squealing noise from engine area. Idler pulley was leaning against engine block. Bolt that holds idler was broke. Took to Ford dealer replaced $30 pulley and bolt but cost $350 because the bolt had broken off in block.
The tension pulley that holds the serpentine belt is held by a single screw. This piece of junk screw keeps breaking. I have fixed it three separate times. I have had it and now I am trading the car. I have fixed it three times in less than six months.
