We bought this car at the end of May 2020. When we bought it it had 48,000 miles on it. We have had this vehicle for 14 month and have religiously kept up on maintenance. Started having issues beginning of July 2021. Today, 7/22/2021 we received notice that the car needs a new engine due coolant leaking into the cylinders. We have only put 17,000 miles on this car. There is absolutely no reason for it to need a new engine.

Engine overheated on highway. Cracked engine block. Could have been hit by other vehicles. Short Block replaced by Ford dealer which I had to pay for. There were prior engine codes [usually P302]. A local auto repair shop replaced coils but wasn't able to find cause.
